RnBass Artist Spotlight: Jaxon

Refreshing vocals and a unique sense of style is what makes up this week’s RnBass spotlight artist.

Jaxon Howden is stopping at nothing to prove he has what it takes! In the summer of 2011, the 20-year-old set off on his quest to realize his dream of becoming an influencer through music. Along the way, the New Zealand native worked with producers who helped him discover his brand and unique sound.

Fast forward to last month, Jaxon released his first single “4 My” and just yesterday, he delivered not one but two brand new tracks titled “Yeah,” and “925”.

The singer-songwriter is also known for his trendsetting sense of fashion. In 2014, Jaxon was signed to Wilhelmina Models, which was the tipping point for his music direction.

Announcing: Elevate

Roshon Fegan (Shake It Up, Camp Rock) announced today his new record label, ELEVATE, and the first two artists on the label, Alexiis and Jaxon. Roshon created this label for real songwriters, artists and performers to expedite their growth without the politics of a major label. He wants to give the creativity back to the artists.

Roshon is the definition of a triple threat entertainer. He has starred in the Disney Channel megahit franchise, “Camp Rock,” alongside the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato and in the original Disney series “Shake It Up,” with Bella Thorne and Zendaya. In 2012, Roshon appeared on the 14th season of ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars,” and place in the top six.
