See who celebrities are supporting for the 2016 election
With elections about 9 months away, some celebrities are letting it be quite known who they’ll be supporting. “Right Thurr” singer Chingy let his Twitter followers know that he supported Donald Trump a few days ago with this tweet.
Politics vs society. People should innerstand that politics is a business jus like the job you work at. I vote for @realDonaldTrump “YEP” 3

After the crazy backlash, Chingy reconsidered his decision and put out this video where he admits to not having been completely aware of Trump’s stance on various issues.
“I’m not familiar with exactly how it’s going down. And that’s another reason why I didn’t know a lot of the negative things he said. Like a lot of people comparing him to Hilter and stuff and a lot of those things, I didn’t know these things. So when I seen the good he said, I was like, Oh that’s cool that Donald Trump be trying to do that.”
Rapper Meek Mill also shared his thoughts on Trump earlier last year when Trump insinuated that Obama was to blame for the Baltimore riots.
As for Russel Simmons, well he thinks Kim K would make a better president than Trump saying, “I don’t like his politics. I don’t think he’d be good for America at all. He makes a lot of news. Doesn’t have as much influence as, say Kim Kardashian. She would probably be a better president, in my opinion.” Simmons actually wrote a public letter to Trump asking him to “stop the bullsh*t”. Read full letter here.
Rapper Flo Rida is also not a Trump fan. In fact, he backed out of performing at the Miss USA pageant which was run by Trump.
Other celebrities such as Jeezy, Kanye West, Demi Lovato, John Legend (who reportedly donated to campaign), JLO (who told E! “I think it’s time for a women president.”), Snoop Dog, Beyonce (who also donated) and Waka Flocka Flame have also been very open about their support for Hillary Clinton.
